DELICIOUS PROTEIN ZUCCHINI BREAD
This healthy and flavorful zucchini bread packs an impressive 20g of protein per serving, making it an ideal choice for fueling your active lifestyle. Rich in fiber and low in refined sugars, it offers a balanced macro profile that supports muscle recovery and sustained energy. The moist, tender crumb is complemented by the subtle sweetness of zucchini and a hint of warming spices, creating a comforting yet nutritious treat. Perfect as a post-workout snack or a satisfying breakfast, itโs great for meal prep and can be enjoyed throughout the week. For gluten-free options, simply swap out regular flour for almond or oat flour, and vegan adaptations can be achieved with plant-based protein powder and egg substitutes. To get the best results, be sure to grate the zucchini finely and squeeze out excess moisture to prevent sogginess, and don't overmix the batter to keep the bread light and airy. Whether you're aiming to boost your protein intake or indulge in a wholesome baked good, this zucchini bread is as nourishing as it is delicious.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Slice is too dry
Try reducing baking time by 2-3 minutes, or add an extra tablespoon of Greek yogurt to the batter.
Not rising properly
Check that your baking powder is fresh (less than 6 months old). Also avoid overmixing the batter.
Gummy texture in center
This usually means under-baking. Use a toothpick to test - it should come out with just a few moist crumbs.
Too dense
Make sure you're measuring protein powder correctly. Too much protein powder can make baked goods dense.
